铝母线水冷平衡电抗器的设计
Design of Balanced Reactor Welded with Water-Cooled Aluminum Busbars

摘要: 针对大电流水冷电抗器的铜管绕制工艺的复杂性, 本文提出了水冷铝母线焊接的新型结构。这种结构, 不仅能够改善电抗器运行的动稳定性和热稳定性, 而且, 还能节约制造成本和减轻设备的重量。此外, 通过有限元仿真和型式试验的方法, 都验证了我们设计方案的合理性。这种加工工艺, 不受负载电流的限制, 为水冷电抗器的设计提供了一种新的设计思路。Abstract: A new process of welding aluminum water-cooled busbars is proposed. It can not only reduce the weight and cost, but also improve the dynamic and thermal stability. Furthermore, both finite element method analysis and a prototype test testify the advantages of the design which is not limited by load current and provides a new approach for water-cooled reactors.
