Experimental Study on the Interaction of Electromagnetic Waves and Glow Plasma

摘要: 通过建立电磁波与等离子体相互作用实验系统, 研究了300kHz~3GHz电磁波与直流辉光放电等离子体的相互作用机理和规律, 结果表明直流辉光放电等离子体即能影响电磁波在等离子体中的传播性能, 也能受电磁波辐射功率的影响而使等离子体电子温度和电子密度发生变化。Abstract: An experimental system was established in order to study the interaction between electromagnetic waves, with a frequency of 300 kHz to 3 GHz, and DC glow discharge plasma. The results show that the DC glow discharge plasma affects the transmission properties of electromagnetic waves, while the waves can change both temperature and density of electrons.
