摘要: 采用流体模型研究了磁化等离子体鞘层的玻姆判据。讨论了各种状态磁场作用下鞘层判据的上限和下限, 数值模拟结果显示磁场对离子马赫数有明显的影响。此外, 离子入射角度不同, 离子马赫数也要相应地发生变化。Abstract: Bohm criterion in a magnetized plasma sheath is investigated with a fluid model. The upper and lower limits for the sheath criterion in different states of applied magnetic field are studied. The results from numerical simulation reveal that the magnetic field affects significantly the ion Mach number. The variation of the ion Mach number with the incident angle of the ions is also presented.
